Support and slice file 3d

Hello, I would like to make a software as you can see in the photo, I have some ideas tell me but I need to understand if I'm wrong:

UI made in photoshop and imported into Qt design.
the 3d scene I think I can do it in qml but the part where I have to draw the supports that interpolate with the meshes of the imported file in the canvas, I don't know if I have to draw it in opengl or if there are QT APIs
