In QQuickView, I have two options in ResizeMode:

    • QQuickView::SizeViewToRootObject: The view resizes with the root item in the QML.
    • QQuickView::SizeRootObjectToView: The view will automatically resize the root item to the size of the view.

However, I need to take care of resizing manually. I want my root item to retain it's implicit size (unless I set a different size explicitly through code). And I want to control my QQuickView's geometry, setting it's size and position.

    How can I achieve that?
