How can I make a custom mesh works

Hi, I simply create a custom mesh object and try to show it in a graph. What I did is to replace an existing .ojb file in an example of qtDataVisualization with the one created. For example, replace the narrowarrow in example rotation with a cylinder-like object. Besides, nothing was changed. The project failed to show anything in the graph. What could be the reason?
