Unsolved Network error while downloading - server replied: Forbidden

Dear all,
I am trying to install using the online installer on Windows 10 Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.450). I am getting the following:

Network error while downloading 'http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/tools_mingw/qt.tools.win32_mingw482/4.8.2meta.7z': Error transferring http://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/desktop/tools_mingw/qt.tools.win32_mingw482/4.8.2meta.7z - server replied: Forbidden.

I have tried repeatedly, to no avail.

Which version of the installer are you using ?

The filename of the online installer is:

qt-unified-windows-x86-online.exe

The File Version (under Properties > Details) is:

3.2.3.0

There is very little to no info in the window application itself. It is titled "Qt Setup" with a minimal ("Settings" &) "Next" & "Cancel" layout. I cannot see any version info anywhere.
