How to install QtWidget & QtQuick documentation into new QtCreator install

I've just installed a new copy of qtcreator v4.11.2 using the qt download installer. When I go to open the Help system it has help for all of the tools, but not for either the C++ qtwidgets or the QML qtquick elements. How do I get the documentation for those installed?
I've done some searching and either I suck at searching or nobody else has asked this before, probably means I suck at searching, I can't believe that nobody else has had this problem.
