In addition to the direct link to your profile (@mrjj 's answer), you can get to your page by clicking your profile pic (the default one, in your case) at the top right corner. Then click your name afterwards.
Once you are there, you have several more options, when you open the menu with the three vertical dots.
You can navigate to your "Best / worst" voted posts or comments etc.
