My work machine has no Internet.
As a workaround, you can run the installer on a machine that does have Internet, and then copy the files to your work machine.

I use Qt5.13.2 / Tool/bin/QTCreator. exe and Edit. UI files crash frequently.
If it sometimes works and sometimes crashes, then the problem is probably in your PC. You'll need to do some troubleshooting.
