How to integrate QTWidget to PicsArt Plugin?

By using Qt. I built a plugin but don't know how to integrate it with PicsArt so I need help.

You have to give far more details about what you have and what you want to do.
You talk about both PicsArt Plugin and photoshop.

So did you make a plugin for photoshop using its SDK and this plugin can read from PicsArt and you wonder how you make photoshop load it or what is the actual question/issue?
