Python and Qt application: Deployment platform-independent and user-friendly

I'm developing a text editor with Python and Qt. The text editor should be able to be used under the following operating systems:
• Windows
• Ubuntu
• MacOS

Now I'm looking for a method of deployment that is also possible for people who are not Python programmers.
What can you recommend?
