Large QT Window

Hello,
I have very large Window ( 5000px x 3000 px ). Is there a simple way to add some sliders ( maybe QScrollBar ) and see other part of that big Window? Please for basic snippet.

    area = new QScrollArea;
    area->setWidget(centralWidget());

And how can I add something like sliders to move this centralWidget ( it's very big )?
