Autocopy function: how to deselect the text after the selection

The autocopy works, but after the selected copied text, how it can be automatically deselected?
The main problem is that if you have several windows/tabs with a selected text, the copied text changed with the last window/tab copied text.
I have found the problem in Psi, I have done a ticket here:

That's a bit too vague. You are basically asking here people to go through a complete code base to understand what might be happening.
Please provide a least a link to the classes that are in relation with your issue.
