It is Possible To Create Any Database on Mysql In Raspberry PI-3 And Use The Database in the windows

My Question Is Like That

I Want To Create Database in Raspberry PI-3 And Use That Database In Windows

I Am Able To Perform This Task In Windows To Windows

But Some Problems Are Raised In Raspberry Pi-3 To Windows

Do you mean you are running your MySQL server on your RPi 3 ?

If so, did you configure it properly to accept connection from the outside ?
