Qt Installer Stuck Online/Offline on Windows

Hey! I need help! When i tried for the first time installing QT in windows, it remains stuck at 34%, at the Offline Installer at 2% when installing the sources. I tried installing in /Users/user/Qt, it dosen't work. I tried Administrator, does not work. I tried offline, same. I need help!

I get stuck at installing component Sources when installing 5.13.2. It get stuck at 60% and when ive waited 1 hour it did 61%. HELP!
