Can't update Qt - Can't find path for account checking

Hello! Get error while try update Qt

Reading Qt Account settings from disk: "C:/Users/Пользователь Пользователь/AppData/Roaming/Qt/qtaccount.ini"
Failed to open the file "" to write: the System cannot find the specified path.

Most likely, the problem is in "Пользователь Пользователь". How can I change this path for the installer? Without changes in Windows configuration like change User name

Strange, but now (nothing do) it's works -_-
