Update and Installing Qt distributive not working. Why?

Hello all!
I am trying to update Qt and nothing happening. There are this thing (nothing happening last 10 minutes):
image url)The same issue when I am trying to download it from official site. Just falling out by timeout.
Does anybody have information of why?
Is there alternative way to download Qt? I need 5.12.7. -
