Where are the Qt 5.6 offline installers?

I've entered the Qt downloads site and found that 5.6 offline installer downloads aren't available anymore. Has this been moved to any other place?

The archive was split into archive and new archive. 5.6 is in the new one. I don't know what's the rule for which version goes where.
