Is there an animation library that supports seek, pause and play of sequential animations?

I'm looking for a library that works with Qt that supports timeline based animations that can be composed then played, paused and seeked through. Any recommendations?

"works with" is pretty broad. I've used the timeline function in blender to do animation sequences. The learning curve is very steep but it's a way powerful tool.
