How to implement fully moving graphic applications?, I have no idea

Hi there,
I'm interested in building an application like image below (Aircraft PFD Display). But I have no idea how to do that. I have created a Qt Quick application but don't know where to start. Designing images in Photoshop and using them is the right point?
Or I should paint all parts in QML? if so, then how?
