Maintenance tool fails during tools update, lost Qt Creator and now says I'm up to date.

I had a failure as I was trying to update on Windows 10 my Qt Creator version (out of memory error). I had to cancel out of the tool, but when I ran it again it says there are no updates. However, my bin folder of my Qt/tools directory is now empty and I can't run QtCreator.
I was running 5.12.1 and Qt Creator 5.8.x. Is my options to reinstall everything in order to get Qt Creator back. The 5.12.1 SDK is still there.

Yes you probably need to reinstall to get a working setup that will be able to update itself in the future.
