Qt 5.14 XCode 11 ios Launch Storyboard
qtmb last edited by aha_1980
Hello, I am creating a custom launch storyboard file as per the QT docs. The entry in the info.plist points to the new storyboard file, but the app still launches with the default launch storyboard file generated by qt. XCode 11 wont allow to use the images, so the only option is the launch storyboard file.
Please help - How to create a custom launch storyboard for the following:
- Qt 5.14 - Qt Creator 4.11.0
- iOS 13.3
- XCode 11.3

OK. Figured it out. I had to delete the app on the iPhone and then XCode took the new launch storyboard. Strange how some tiny issues can drive you crazy for a long, long time... :-)

sometimes it will happen that iOS won't take the new / updated splash screen.
I just blogged about HowTo create a storyboard splash screen for Qt projects:
