QT3D with Scene3D and Cuda write to texture
dapa last edited by
I am writing a qt3d application using Scene3D for mixing qt3d Graphics with qt quick gui, and I want to use cuda to write to a 2d texture that is being used in an QAbstractTexture.
I am retrieving the texture id using QAbstractTexture::handle(), and then I am calling cudaGraphicsGLRegisterImage(..)
This latter function returns error 219 "Invalid OpenGL or DirectX context"
If qt3d is not exposing the opengl context to the user, does this basically mean it is not possible to use cuda-opengl-interoperability in a qt3d/qt quick Application?
In my code I am able to start cuda kernels, but the cuda-opengl-interop does not work.
