How do I make a class using Qt for a different environment?

Hi!
I made a class with dialog in Qt for MSVC.
But in another environment without QApplication a (argc, argv) in main, this doesn't work.
Please tell me how QApplication is better attached to the class to solve such difficulties?
It's not works:

    char *argv1{"0x1ee99290"};
    QApplication qq(1,argv1);
