QT Creator 4.11.0 QtQuick3D Import .gltf 3d Scene

Hello QT,
i was testing importing a .gltf 3d scene.
It works fine in the current version of QT Design Studio.
I add the QTQuick 3D importer and can then import the .gltf 3d scene as a ressource and it is properly displayed
including all textures.
If I do the same in QT Creator 4.11.0 if i add the importer an emtpy windows is displayed.
You can only close it using the right top close icon.
On importing the ressource .gltf is not listed in the file types and not recognised.
I guess something is wrong on the importer.
Please let me know how this can be fixed.Kindest Regards
