    I created a very long form vertically. I added a scroll bar to see the fields that were off screen. However the scroll bar does not work and when I compile the program I can not see the data that is off the screen. How should I program this scroll bar?

      Hi,

      You should rather use a QScrollArea.

        @SGaist

        I tried using QScrollArea, but it didn't work.

        To test, I created a very long Scroll Area vertically and placed 2 push buttons in the lower part of the area. However, when I compile the program, the selected area does not scroll down.

        In the verticalScrollBarPolicy option, I selected the ScrollBarAwaysOn option. Although the scroll bar appears, it is disabled.

        Can you give me a hint on how to use the scroll area?

        Thank you!

          Hi
          Apply a layout to the scrollarea by right click empty area and select layout from menu

          alt text

          Then when the widgets goes out side the scrollarea , it can then scroll

          alt text

            @Alexandre-Camelo the idea behind QScrollArea is that you put your big widget in it by calling setWidget.

              Thank you so much, mrjj!

              It worked!

              I just wasn't doing small details.

              Your prints have resolved!

              :-D
