Unsolved Qt Creator Debug; breakpoint not removed by Close Project
-
I threw up a quick Dialog project to get smart on initializing a QVector<QVector<Color>>. I opened a previous project to copy/paste some code. I started debugging, which didn't reach the breakpoint I had set in the active project. I noticed a buggee, if buggee is the word for which I'm searching, in the Breakpoint Preset window that belonged to the previous project. When I closed that project, its breakpoint remained. Now when I started debugging, on_open_pushButton() did not work, the program never got to the breakpoint in the on_open function. Turned out the old breakpoint from the closed project remained in the Breakpoint Preset window. I double-clicked it which opened a file from the closed project. Is persistent breakpoints left active by a closed project a feature?

Hi
I have not noticed this.
What QtCreator version and what platform are you seeing this on ? -
Creator 4.10.2, Qt 5.13.2 Gcc 64-bit Linux built on 4Nov19 (revision 7c61e936ce). Repeatable here. Open a second project, set a breakpoint in main.cpp, close the second project, closed breakpoint remains.
