The bluetooth chat example doesn't work

I can't find any bluetooth device named "Bt Chat Server" using my smart phone after I run the bluetooth chat example. I use qt 5.12.3 and MSVC2015_64bit. How can I connect to the 'Bluetooth Chat'?

I can find my smart phone by using the bluetooth scan example. It seems that the usage above was wrong? (but I don't know how to use it correctly...
