Solved Record every button click of the user and store it in a function
-
I create a user interface with qt widgets that the user selects settings by pressing several buttons on multiple pages ,
is there asimple way to Store this clicks in a one function as a single message contain all clicks
to send later via Ethernet TCP/IP to Arduino ?Or there is a better way to take these settings and send them to Arduino via Ethernet ?
thanks , -
Hi and welcome to the forums.
Yes you can do that but storing clicks is more about storing what that clicks selected.
So if you want to use buttons, you should set its setCheckable(true) so it acts like
a checkbox and stay down if selected.
That way you can loop over the buttons when user press ok and
create that message containing all the selected "buttons" (their data) and
use then QNetworkAccessManager to send it. -
