QT 5.12.5 seems not emit serialPort readyRead event

In Qt 5.12.5 , it sees that serialPort don't emit readyRead event , the some codes woke fine in Qt 5.12.4

Have a read of @J-Hilk's https://forum.qt.io/topic/107618/qserialport-problem-with-waitforreadyread/7, and https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-78086. Yours refers to a different version of Qt, but presumably the devs are still having some trouble getting it right again even in 5.12.x?
