Unsolved Performance issue in QgraphicScene when we add items dynamically

One of my application, i am dynamically adding GraphicItem in scenes, on every new addition scene updates all items in the scene.
Due to which I am getting performance issue < It takes More Memory and Process time >.Is there any way to draw the newly added items alone in scene dynamically .

You can test various version of the QGraphicsScene::ViewportUpdateMode.
