QMacCocoaViewContainer broken in macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)

Demonstration videoIf you compile example project against 5.11, 5.12 or 5.13, then run it in macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) you get 3 problems (well seen on the video):
- Segmented controls doesn't appear until you click them (in a real app, they also blink and hide/show)
- Spinbox doesn't change when you drag slider and it looks strange as well
- All cocoa controls disappear when you click on the wifi icon!
If you compile this project against 5.6.3/5.9.8, it's totally fine. Basically our app doesn't work on macOS 10.13 while this OS is officially supported in Qt
We submitted a bug QTBUG-78731 but the chance it will be reviewed and assigned is very low I'm afraid :(
Any ideas? Workarounds? Fixed? Thanks.
