Windows 10 Qt5.13.1 QML Emulation Layer crashed

Hi,
I'll appreciate your help. I cannot view the "Form Editor " section of any .qml or .ui.qml files in the Qt Design Studio. I'm using the Open Source version. I get the following error:
I have tried re-installing Qt several times (even installing Qt 5.12.4), and have tried both these options:
System Specifications:
Qt 5.13.1
Qt Creator 4.10.0 Community
Kit Desktop MSVC2017 64bit
Windows10 Version 1903 (OS Build18362.356 )Everything worked fine previously on the same computer, but with older versions:
Qt 5.13.0
Qt Creator 4.9.2
Kit Desktop MSVC2017 64bit
Windows10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.847)Any help to get it going on the latest updates will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
