Not officially. However, MSVC 2019 is compatible with MSVC 2017, so can use your Visual Studio 2019 compiler together with the Qt binaries for MSVC 2017.

Note: The current release of the Visual Studio 2019 contains a severe bug that breaks certain calculations: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/547684/visual-studio-20191602-generator-incorrect-code-wi.html You must use the preview version, or wait for the next release, to avoid these issues.
