Default repositories aren't visible for fresh install on Windows

Hi, I was installing QT on my windows machine and I can't see any of the Default Repositories listed in the installer settings. I have downloaded the latest installer and used my login credentials, all I see are these temporary repositories.
Why can't I use the default repos?
I have tried adding a custom repo with this URL http://download.qt.io/online/qt5/windows/x86/online_repository/ but when I use it it says, the Maintenance tool is out of date and that I have to update.
Please let me know, how to do a fresh install from the default repo.

Default repositories are the ones defined in config.xml. You can add temporary and user defined repositories either from the Settings dialog or from command line with --addTempRepository or --addRepository
