<![CDATA[msvc moc'ing every file on every run]]>Lately all our relevant files are being moc'ed on every single run.
Even when I simply stop and run without any changes.

This causes a huge time delay for our developers.

Running on
Windows 10
VS2019
Win10 SDK
142 toolset
Qt VS tools 2.3.4

Maybe it's caused by an update for the Qt Tools ?
