Solved Qt Creator "manage kits" does not auto-detect all the MSVC stuff (from VS 2017 community in particular).

This screenshot says it all. I have had this issue before, but ended up switching projects, but now I'm back into QtCreator / C++.
I'm not sure how to get it to detect other compilers which are indeed installed on my system.
Ideas to try?

Found this:

Solution is to uninstall Qt5 and previous versions. Then install Qt again, selecting the minimum of stuff that you need, including the MSVC 2017 kit.
Works now!
