Get MSVC 2015 without installing VS 2015

I have a project that I've beeno developing in Qt 5.10.1 MinGW. I want to switch to MSVC 5.10.1. I need MSVC 2015 installed, but I don't currently have VS 2015 installed. How can I get MSVC 2015 installed without installing VS 2015? I don't want to re-install VS 2015 because I'm afraid it will alter my current VS 2017 configuration. Any help would be appreciated.

VS2015 and VS2017 is compatible so i think you can just use the
your installed 2017?
However, i have not tried it with 5.10
