Unsolved Setting QT_QPA_EGLFS_PHYSICAL_WIDTH & QT_QPA_EGLFS_PHYSICAL_HEIGHT
-
I'm trying to run a Qt application on a 7" display with 1024 x 600 resolution. I measured the size of the display as 154mm x 96mm. At the very beginning of my main() I have:
qputenv("QT_QPA_EGLFS_PHYSICAL_WIDTH","154"); qputenv("QT_QPA_EGLFS_PHYSICAL_HEIGHT","96");
When I start my application I get:
evdevtouch: /dev/input/event0: Invalid ABS limits, behavior unspecified
Can not convert "" to length, skipping lineI don't know whether the second line is related, it may be about something else. But what is wrong with the sizes that I'm setting?
Does anyone here have any experience with this?

Hi,
Try setting these in the console where you start the application or if using Qt Creator, in the environnement variables in the Run part of the Project panel.

The program is running in Boot2Qt, the above is what Qt said to use to set them. It's been a while since I got that advice, I thought I'd try here first to see if anyone had any experience with this.
It is interesting that the program runs and the touch screen works correctly.
