And even if someone here has the knowledge, then you'll have to provide a bit more information about your setup to be able to help you.

Thank you for your prompt reply but I have lack of knowledge about vpn, so I don't what is the actual reason. Parallel I read several guides of pptp like [aha_1980: links removed]
even I create a ticket on support as well but still have an issue. -
