PPTP connectivity problem

Hi, I have a VPN but when I configured a PPTP connection, it can’t connect because the router blocks the output. What the actual issue I don’t know? Please help me.

this is no router forum. I don't think you will get good answers here.
And even if someone here has the knowledge, then you'll have to provide a bit more information about your setup to be able to help you.

Thank you for your prompt reply but I have lack of knowledge about vpn, so I don't what is the actual reason. Parallel I read several guides of pptp like [aha_1980: links removed]
even I create a ticket on support as well but still have an issue.
