Notification of the reply

Hi, ALL,
What do I need to do in order to turn on notification in my E-mail on the replies to the threads I initiated?

I created a thread, hit the button "Ask as Question", then change the "Watching" to be "Watched".
However, no notification in my E-mail appeared.

Yes, changed.
But why am I not receiving anything after changing the "Not Watching" to "Watching"?

Or this is something completely different?

I don't think it is.

Maybe @ollipuu may an idea about that.

Just came across this now, I have turned it on for my own account and will report back once I know someone has replied to something I am watching. It might be a bug in NodeBB at least or there is some issue with our email sending assuming that it fails for me at least.
