New DocNote badges

Nice to notice I just received a new badge: Doc Note Guru Level 2. However, the description is off in the list. The number of required doc notes is still on X for each level. I think the levels have been set (otherwise I would not be L2), but they have not been documented yet it seems.

Perhaps the badge page should just be generated from the database automatically, so the documentation always matches the actually set levels?

Hmmm... I see another new one: Hall of fame. I think the calculation for that one is off. I have been in there for much longer than five weeks, and still only level 1.

AFAIK "Hall of fame" was added few weeks ago. But weeks start counting only after this badge appeared.
