@kamui what exactly is the issue? It doesn't download ?

have you checked firewall and proxies?

Just look at the title and the screenshot xD

It's juste a little issue with the new installer. At least, in french, "{Tahoma8}Installer" appears where you should only see "Installer".

Seems to be solved in the last update (3.1.1 online installer).
