Unsolved Better approach to show waveform on screen using Qml.
-
Hi all,
I'm doing a project related to ECG equipment. There I have to show the signal which keeps on moving from left to right (Like a CRO's waveform).
Now I'm using QSGGeometry to input my screen coordinates with GL_LINES drawing mode to draw the waveform. And for every 40ms interval, I'm doing the update call to my QQUickitem. So that my waveform seems to be moved in a better way.
In future, I have to show some text with the moving waveform and I have to show one moving axis with some numbers along with the waveform.
Can anyone suggest a better way to approach to show a waveform using qml?
Thanks in advance.

@R_ram What about using the Qwt library? see this example in action, it may give you an idea of what you could achieve...

@Pablo-J.-Rogina Hi, but I think @R_ram maybe want this functionality in qml. Is there any way to put a qwt chart into qml? You share a video from 2012, but it's only that, a video, no link, no source code. I try to find any source or article that explain how to do this, but nothing appears.

Hi,
KDAB's DeclarativeWidgets might be a good starting point to integrate Qwt's widgets.
