I found information about cross compile for QT creator on linux desktop and build simple application by cross compile to embedded linux.
But I never found cross compile from QT creator on Windows to embedded linux.

That's most likely because only few people work like this. Things are much easier on Linux.
So have you thought about running Linux in a virtual machine on your Windows desktop? Should make your life much easier.
