I've installed qt32 for sake of having another Qt version, but no qmake.exe file in it. I searched whole Qt32 folder for qmake and nothing was found...

Once again, you are looking at Qt Creator, not Qt.
You are in the "Tools" folder wile Qt itself is in a folder with the version number as shown in your picture under "auto-detected"

@VRonin But there is no such folder, with version as name.

UPD. My mistake, it was needed to download at least one thing from 5.12.0 folder at stage of installing Qt

          How did you do this?

Qt has to stay free or it will die.

That means you didn't install it...
