iOS app created by QML closes immediately after running

Hi all,
Days ago I installed my first iOS app on my iPhone using Xcode 10.1 on MacOS X. Today, I checked the app out by running it. While it successfully ran previously, and I had tested that many times already, but now it crashes. That is, it runs but immediately vanishes, but in the background it's working. Even if I want to bring it up from background, it once again disappears!
What could be the problem, please?
My IP address is of Iran and I haven't enrolled my ID/team completely on Apple because I haven't that aim to send it to AppStore for the time being. so I just installed it on my own phone. I think it's legal.So why does it not work please?
