Error in qmake first running

i have an error on running qmake;

'Cannot open ....../resource_qmlcache.qrc for writing'

Why?

And which one are you using when building your application ?
Where are your project sources located ?

I get this error in each one.

Qt located at C:/Qt/...
Project Located at E:/Dev/myproject/myproject.pro ...

You listed 4 versions of Qt, which one does give you that error ?
Are you also getting that with an unmodified default project ?
