Question about overlay

Hello, I encountered such a problem, there is a popup in which parent:Overlay.overlay in it there is an element Rectangle in which there is another Rectangle for which I need to set the property parent:Overlay.overlay but for some reason this element is not displayed, if I remove the parent property for rectangle all work
