Unsolved external docker cmake for qt
-
Hi all.
In my work project, I have many project dependencies that I cannot satisfy on the host by apt-get or similar.I was inspired by article https://www.qt.io/blog/docker-builds-from-qtcreator
and created my external cmake via simple script:
#!/bin/bash
echo args=$@
docker exec -w $(pwd) <my_docker> cmake $@My project has no QT, so qt stuff was skipped.
I was even able to configure my project properly:-- Configuring done -- Generating done -- Build files have been written to: ...
However, I can neither see project tree on host nor compile it. In latter case i obtained:
13:58:33: Configuration is faulty. Check the Issues view for details. Error while building/deploying project bluetooth (kit: DockerNoQT) When executing step "CMake Build"
how do i configure project properly so i will see on host both project structure with proper highlight and be able to build on host?

Hi,
From a quick look at the guide, you are completely missing the volume parameters to persist the data generated back to your host.
