Unsolved Problemes with the online installer
-
I am currently not able to install Qt with the online Installer.
I also try on different PC`s and different Mirros.
It always break with Error while it trys to download the qt5_5150_src_doc_example.
https://ibb.co/kcyt6xCSomebody know another way to install Qt on Windows?
//===============================================================
I also try to build from Sources:
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/windows-building.html
But I am not sure with Step 3.
Did i need to make an Text file Called qt5vars.cmd and the content of:
"REM Set up Microsoft Visual Studio 2017, where <arch> is amd64, x86, etc.
CALL "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Professional\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat" <arch>
SET _ROOT=C:\Qt\Qt-5
SET PATH=%_ROOT%\qtbase\bin;%_ROOT%\gnuwin32\bin;%PATH%
REM Uncomment the below line when using a git checkout of the source repository
REM SET PATH=%_ROOT%\qtrepotools\bin;%PATH%
SET _ROOT="can i set as CALL C:....\Visual Studio\2019...\vcvarsall.bat from the community Version
and what had i to do to create the the link?
//==================================================
Can somebody please help me? So I had a way to install Qt for Windows?
Is there a way to crosscompile from Ubuntu for Windows?
(On Ubuntu i have Qt already running) -
@Beoo said in Problemes with the online installer:
Did i need to make an Text file Called qt5vars.cmd and the content of
Yes
"can i set as CALL C:....\Visual Studio\2019...\vcvarsall.bat from the community Version" - yes
"and what had i to do to create the the link?" - right click on desktop, new -> shortcut
"Is there a way to crosscompile from Ubuntu for Windows?" - in theory, but I would not do that
The problem with online installer is known and unfortunately still not fixed. It is not the installer itself, but slow/broken mirrors.
You could also try again later.
