Solved Run Android on Debian Buster
-
Hi, I'm using Debian buster
when I open Devices in menu everything looks good
I created Android Device kit but when I create a project with this kit and run I get this errorThe installed SDK tools version (26.1.1) does not include Gradle scripts. The minimum Qt version required for Gradle build to work is 5.9.0/5.6.3 Error while building/deploying project untitled (kit: Android) When executing step "Build Android APK"
I manually installed Gradle but nothing happened
what's wrong? thanks -
@no_1imit What Qt version did you install?
Did you install NDK? -

Yes, I downloaded NDK from android.com

This is to vague. Which exact version?

In (now) 2020 I expect no new project to be made in qt4 😉
I know I will be disappointed eventually 😔What version of Qt5 ? ndk r20 requires a very recent one. If you used your package manager to get Qt, you'll most likely have one too old.

Yes you're right :D , I'm using Qt 5.11.3 and Qt Creator 4.8.2

@no_1imit
then take a look here
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/android-getting-started.htmlAnything below 5.12 requires android ndk r10e
